Who am I ?
My name is James Machu and I am Franco‑British. Originally trained as an engineer, in 2020 I became deeply passionate about kinesiology, a practice that blends Western scientific thinking with Eastern energy medicine. I then decided to create my own kinesiology practice and to develop wellbeing services for companies and their employees.
I graduated as a telecommunications engineer in 2010 and worked for many years as a project manager and later as an innovation consultant in the field of sustainable mobility and transport, first in Monaco and then at Sophia Antipolis.
In 2012, five years after my mother died in a cycling accident, my unresolved grief caught up with me: I was unable to express my emotions, experienced chest pain and struggled with unstable relationships. This led me to consult a preventive medicine doctor and a psychotherapist.
From then on I began a long personal journey, an inner path that brought me to a regular yoga practice, to exploring my roots and transgenerational memories through psychogenealogy, and that gradually opened my mind to experiences that are not purely rational or materialistic. I became closely interested in Tibetan Buddhism and eventually encountered kinesiology.

In addition to regular yoga and meditation, I continue to explore the body and my relationship with others through aikishintaiso and aikido.
Certified kinesiologist EKMA
I have been certified by the École de Kinésiologie et de Méthodes Associées (EKMA) since 2022. I learnt the core foundations of kinesiology and have specialised in the following areas: primitive reflexes, fascia, epigenetics and the transgenerational field, as well as aura‑kinesiology.
I further completed my training in neuro‑energetic kinesiology at Aura&Meta in London, an approach originally developed in Australia.
In total I have completed over 850 hours of training. I am a member of the Syndicat des Kinésiologues Professionnels Français (SKPF), and commit to upholding its code of ethics.

My path from engineer to kinesiologist
Well-being consultant for companies
I graduated from Télécom SudParis in 2010 and have ten years of professional experience managing innovative projects, teams and innovation consulting.
I have particularly designed and led creativity and innovation workshops (for example Design Sprints) for international players in the travel industry.
I now combine my understanding of the business world with psycho‑corporeal techniques drawn from kinesiology to offer tailored services for companies and to help foster wellbeing at work.
