As a keen cyclist, I’m happy to travel to your home or workplace for a kinesiology session. While leaving your everyday environment for the duration of the session can be beneficial, I also like to offer this option for anyone who may have any kind of constraint or difficulty getting to my office.

Personal constraints ?

Are you tied to home with remote work, do you work irregular hours, do you find it hard to reach central Nice, have reduced mobility, young children, or simply cannot travel?

I travel every day of the week to your home. I come by bicycle, bringing all the necessary equipment with me.

A consult at your home in complete serenity

A quiet, private and spacious enough area is needed to set up a massage table: in the living room, a bedroom, or in the garden. If not, the session can take place on a sofa or at a table or desk. A session can be done standing, sitting or lying down, and you will always remain fully clothed. I then establish a dialogue with your body through muscle testing of healthy muscles.

How does a home kinesiology session unfold?

I come to your place with all the necessary equipment: my massage table and documentation. Once at your home (or workplace), I set up the table in the space you indicate. The session can then begin. Right at the start, I use muscle testing to check whether the location itself is not a source of stress for you, and to see if having the session in this setting is likely to be beneficial.

How does a kinesiology session work ?

I adapt to your situation to make the experience as non‑disruptive as possible, and I commit to providing the same quality of support as in‑practice sessions.

A kinesiologist by bicycle

Being mindful of my environmental impact, I chose this mode of transport quite naturally: it is more practical, faster and more economical. Cycling allows me to be responsive whatever the traffic conditions, and to offer urgent sessions if needed.

Your home‑visit kinesiologist on the French Riviera

I travel to all neighbourhoods of Nice, from Mont Boron to Arenas, as well as the surrounding Niçois hills. Nice is expanding its network of cycle paths, which gives me greater speed and safety.

Travel fees apply depending on the distance from the city centre (see fees).

Falicon, Saint-André-de-la-Roche and La Trinité

The towns north of Nice have limited access to public transport to central Nice. I travel there every day of the week except Sundays.

Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

There is currently no kinesiologist in Villefranche‑sur‑Mer, Beaulieu‑sur‑Mer or Saint‑Jean‑Cap‑Ferrat. I'm only present in Beaulieu-sur-Mer on Tuesdays in the Herboristerie Mille et une plantes for in-practice sessions.

I therefore offer home sessions in these towns. I can reach the Saint‑Jean lighthouse by electric bicycle in about 40 minutes.

Testimonials from clients with home or workplace visits

Corinne works full time in Monaco, carries a lot of responsibility at work, has three children, and lives in Mont Boron. It’s very difficult for her to come into the city‑centre practice in the evening or even on a Saturday, except on Thursdays, when she can work from home. A midday session between 12 and 2 pm worked perfectly for her.

Christine and Sophie are two colleagues who work in a company in the Arenas area, in western Nice near Nice Côte d’Azur airport. Like Corinne in Mont Boron, time is precious, and they chose sessions during their lunch break, one after the other. A small meeting room was made available, and they could share my travel fees.
